I’ve been training recently, learning the Human Reformer method by Fit Pro Programming to bring a brand-new class to Dripping Sweat: Sweat Pilates. And let me tell you—I’m so excited about what this class is going to offer.
This isn’t just a trendy workout. Sweat Pilates is about building real strength that shows up in real life—like when you’re picking up a squirmy toddler, reaching into the back seat, or carrying three grocery bags on one arm. It’s full-body, functional movement designed to help you feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your body while living everything that life has to offer.
