Sweat Barre
A dynamic workout that blends strength training, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to sculpt and strengthen. No dance experience needed. Designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities, with options to help beginners feel confident and seasoned participants challenged. We'll spend half the class at the Barre, and the other at the center floor, targeting total-body fitness. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized!
Sweat Pilates (+ Express)
Pilates reformer benefits, no complex machines. Using resistance bands, this low-impact class strengthens your core, improves alignment, and enhances total-body control. Scalable for all fitness levels. An express version is available for during your Monday lunch-hour!
Sweat Strength
This class mixes functional and traditional strength training exercises with quick cardio blasts to keep things dynamic and help with muscle endurance, core strength, and injury prevention! We'll use a total body approach; targeting different muscle groups simultaneously to tone and keep your body fit and your heart healthy. All levels welcome... modifications and options are provided to meet you where you are. Finish with a core workout and a stretch cooldown to regain flexibility in your body and clarity in your mind.
