​Sweat Strength
This class mixes functional and traditional strength training exercises with quick cardio blasts to keep things dynamic and help with muscle endurance, core strength, and injury prevention! We'll use a total body approach; targeting different muscle groups simultaneously to tone and keep your body fit and your heart healthy. Finish with a pilates-inspired core workout and a stretch cooldown to regain flexibility in your body and clarity in your mind.

​​Sweat Express
An efficient and effective 35 minute workout that gets the job done. This class consists of alternating cardio blasts and functional strength training that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Includes a warmup and cooldown to ensure safety for all. Perfect for busy days when you need to get in a workout and get on with your day.

Sweat Barre
Sweat Barre is a dynamic and empowering workout that blends strength training, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to sculpt and strengthen your body. No dance experience? No problem! This class is designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities, with options to help beginners feel confident while keeping seasoned participants challenged. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling stronger and more energized—no dance shoes required!

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated and athletic footwear. We will provide any other equipment you may need.
