

Studio Policies
Why These Policies Exist
At Dripping Sweat, our goal is to create a welcoming, empowering, and safe environment where you can focus on movement, strength, and community.
These policies exist to:

Keep everyone safe

Ensure fair access to classes and equipment

Clearly communicate expectations
-
Allow our instructors to deliver the best possible experience
Clear guidelines help us spend less time managing logistics and more time helping you move, sweat, and feel strong.
Age Requirement

Group classes are open to participants 16 years and older.
-
Participants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Children under 16 may attend private sessions or designated youth classes only.
Booking & Reservations
-
Advance booking is strongly recommended to guarantee your spot.
-
Online booking closes 1 hour before class start time.
-
Walk-ins or last-minute additions may be allowed at the instructor’s discretion if space and equipment permit, but are not guaranteed.
Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before class start time.

Late cancellations or no-shows result in:

Loss of a class credit (class packs), or
-
A $10 no-show fee for unlimited memberships
-
Cancellation and no-show policies apply regardless of booking platform.
Class Packs
-
Class packs activate on the purchase date.

Expiration periods: 5-Class Pack: 2 months, 10-Class Pack: 4 months, 20-Class Pack: 6 months

Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sale Packs:

Promotional or discounted class packs are limited to one per person unless otherwise stated.
Memberships
-
Unlimited memberships apply to all regularly scheduled classes and recurring pop-ups.

Memberships do not apply to special events, workshops, or collaborations unless explicitly stated.

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically.
-
Cancellation requires 7 days’ notice via email prior to the next billing cycle.
Pop-Ups & Special Events

Special events have separate pricing and are not included in class packs or memberships unless stated.

Event-specific cancellation policies will be listed when applicable.
-
If no separate policy is listed, regular studio cancellation policies apply.
Waitlists

If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist.
-
When a spot becomes available, clients on the waitlist will be notified.
-
Confirmation or automatic enrollment may apply depending on booking settings.
-
Standard cancellation and no-show policies apply once a spot is accepted.
Class Etiquette & Code of Conduct

Respectful behavior and appropriate dress are required at all times.
To support a positive class environment:

Arrive on time and be ready to begin at the scheduled start

Silence phones during class
-
Follow instructor guidance for safety

Be mindful of shared space
-
Wipe down all equipment after use
Footwear:
-
Barre & Pilates: barefoot or sticky socks
-
Strength classes: supportive athletic footwear recommended
Health & Safety

Please attend class only when you are well enough to exercise safely.

Notify the instructor of injuries, pregnancy, or limitations prior to class.

Modifications are always available.
Outdoor Classes & Weather
Outdoor classes may be modified, relocated, or canceled due to weather or safety conditions.
Clients will be notified as early as possible. If Dripping Sweat cancels a class, credits will be returned.
Open Gym
Open gym use is unsupervised. Clients choosing to use equipment outside of class instruction do so at their own risk.
Photography & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during class or events for marketing purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please notify the instructor before class.
Third-Party Booking Platforms
Clients booking through platforms such as ClassPass or EGYM Wellpass are still subject to all Dripping Sweat policies, age requirements, and waiver completion.
Waiver
All participants must complete a liability waiver before attending class.
