We alternate use of dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, & body weight for a total body workout.
Sweat Barre @ CTYB
We'll use resistance bands, light weights, and pilates balls in a dynamic and fun Barre workout.
No dance experience required.

What to Expect
Sweat Strength @ SharpFitness
The class incorporates a mix of functional and traditional strength training exercises with some quick cardio intervals to keep things dynamic and help with muscle endurance, core strength, and injury prevention for a total body approach. The final segment includes a Pilates-inspired core workout to ensure strength-building and a protected quality of life.
Sweat Barre @ CTYB
A dynamic workout that blends strength training, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to sculpt and strengthen. No dance experience needed. Designed for all fitness levels, ages, and abilities, with options to help beginners feel confident while keeping seasoned participants challenged. Expect to build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized!
Sweat Express
Noon on Tues/Fri @ SharpFitness
An efficient and effective workout that gets the job done. Alternates cardio blasts and functional strength training that targets multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Perfect for busy days when you need to get in a workout and get on with your day.See our schedule.

Whether you're joining our Strength, Barre, or Express classes, we'll incorporate functional strength training that can help maintain bone and muscle mass, manage weight, and prevent injury. Incorporating movements done in everyday life allows you to live healthfully and remain active to do life the way you choose. We design classes with you in mind, and modify for all fitness levels so everyone gets what they need.
