Sweat Barre
A dynamic blend of strength, Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movement to sculpt and tone. Half at the barre, half at center floor; all levels welcome. Build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energized! No dance experience required.
Sweat Pilates
Pilates reformer benefits, no complex machines (rooted in Human Reformer by Fit Pro Programming). Using resistance bands, this low-impact class strengthens your core, improves alignment, and enhances total-body control. Scalable for all fitness levels.
Sweat Strength
A strength class that builds confidence, form, and foundational fitness. Modifications and enhancements provided for all levels. Functional moves and optional cardio bursts help you feel strong, stable, and ready for more.
All Our Classes Sculpt & Strengthen Your Body for Life
Whichever class you join, we'll incorporate functional strength training that can help maintain bone and muscle mass, build strength, manage weight, and prevent injury. Combination movements and balance are integrated to boost brain health, as well. Incorporating movements done in everyday life allows you to live healthfully and remain active to do life the way you choose. We design classes with you in mind, and modify for all fitness levels so everyone gets what they need.

This cozy setting makes working out inviting and non-intimidating to those looking for a smaller group class. Nevin does a great job at meeting you at YOUR level (beginner or advanced). Her Express Sweat 30 was exactly what I needed when I was short on time!
